Student Support Advisor

About this role

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join our Student Services team as a Student Support Advisor. In this customer‑facing role—primarily over the phone but also in person—you’ll provide accurate advice and guidance to students and visitors, ensuring a high standard of service and signposting them to other College departments for further support.

At Gloucestershire College, our Student Services Department plays a key role in helping students succeed. With teams covering Careers, Employability, and Student Services, we take a joined‑up approach to student wellbeing and development. About You

You will:

• Be able to demonstrable customer service experience in an office environment.
• Have experience of working in a fast changing environment.
• Have experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Have knowledge and experience of Windows based software to include word processing and spread sheets.
• Have GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent.
